THE Ultimate Party Punch

So, for the last 3 years whenever we've had  a party, I made sure my special punch made an appearance. It's become such a hit, its a signature at our parties, EVERYONE knows about about it, and if you don't you'll leave talking about it. I pride myself with this punch, because not only is it simple and delicious, but it is STRONG and bound to have everyone leaving the house feeling a bit wobbly. This year at our (now annual) Halloween party, my punch was dubbed "The poison". I even added a frozen hand made of ice to the mix for a festive feel. And as usual, "The poison" did its deeds and grew in fame. Its so easy its hardly even a recipe, but here's how to make this concoction:

  1. One bottle of 750ml Run (Cruzan/Jumbie/Bacardi (flavored)/ or anything SMOOTH!)
  2. One bottle of 750 Vodka (Smirnoff/Pinnacle/any personal fav)
  3. One carton of Orange juice 64 ounces
  4. One bottle of Cranberry Juice 64 ounces
(Picture above has Pinnacle Orange Whipped and a generic bottle of rum that i had not tried before, the Orange Whipped was strong enough flavor wise and is now a favorite!)

You'll also need a big punch bowl, I got mine at Party City for about $20 but that was purely for its looks, anything that can hold the amount of liquid is fine. A ladle is handy as well.

Start off by pouring the juices in first, and then the alcohol, ALL OF IT! YEP, ALL! ~stir stir stir~ And voila! The punch is ready. You CAN adjust your alcohol for a less stronger effect, just pour and taste after every cup of alcohol.

This punch is STRONG, but deceiving because it doesn't taste as strong, and is also meant for a decent sized gathering (8-10+) Also, with the of endless choices of flavors with alcohol these days, its possible to create your own unique concoction. The base is always the same for me, but i change up the alcohol flavors, and everyone always seems to enjoy it. Have fun, drink responsibly and i hope you enjoy the punch as much as we do!
